Getting Through the Holidays with a Little Help from Gestalt

Join Dori Middleman and Liz Hess for a virtual Gestalt therapy workshop on Zoom from 1-4 pm on Saturday December 9, 2023.
The holidays can be a complex time marked by past experiences, loss, busyness, and difficult family dynamics. This virtual workshop will help prepare you for healthy contact with yourself and others during the holiday season.
You will have an opportunity to meet, share with, and learn from other participants. We’ll present Gestalt concepts which can lead to breakthroughs in your relationships during holiday events. And most importantly, we will encourage and guide you in providing yourself with a lot of self-support.
