In these environments, our Wellness Retreats will offer you time to do important emotional work while you refresh your body, cleanse your mind and rejuvenate your spirit.
Generally, the Retreat is seven days with three and a half days devoted to the workshop and the remaining time spent relaxing, integrating the work, and healing in a natural and energizing environment. There will also be time for exploring the natural surroundings, learning new cultures, or connecting with newfound friends.
