Join us for an immersive two-day workshop designed to deepen self-awareness, release emotional blockages, and foster personal growth through breathwork, movement, and the transformative power of Gestalt therapy.

Through guided breath practices, dynamic movement, and experiential Gestalt processes, Dori, Mark and Nicole will guide you in experiences that offer embodied exploration and authentic expression.

This workshop will help you:

• Cultivate deeper presence and awareness through breath and movement.
• Access and integrate emotions held in the body.
• Gain clarity on personal challenges by engaging in hot seat work.
• Develop a more authentic and embodied way of relating to yourself and others.

Whether you are new to Gestalt work or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop offers a dynamic and supportive environment for self-exploration and transformation. Come ready to move, breathe, and step into deeper self-awareness.

Cost: $450 for individual working space, $350 for group space, and $225 for students and alums of our Center. This fee includes a lunch each day. CEUs: This program has been approved by the Pennsylvania State Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists and Professional Counselors for 16 contact hours of continuing education toward licensure renewal.

Finally, a free, virtual gathering for post workshop integration will be offered on Sunday evening March 23rd.  Also, if you are in need of transportation, please contact the Pennsylvania Gestalt Center as we may be able coordinate an ad hoc solution with another participant. 

Cancellation Policy: In the event that we receive notice after 6pm on the Tuesday before the workshop that you wish to cancel your participation, a cancellation fee of $150 will be invoiced to you. If you had already paid for the workshop, you will be refunded all but this cancellation fee and the online processing fee if you paid that way. The cancellation fee covers the catered food and facility fee that the Pennsylvania Gestalt Center must pay in advance for this workshop. This fee will be charged regardless of the reason for cancellation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
