One-Day Men’s Retreat
August 23 @ 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
With Mark Putnam, MD, Jay Burkholder, MSS, LSW and Jason Millard, LPC, ATR
Openness and vulnerability in a world of fear and accusations is a risk. In this workshop, we will explore how men can be more available mentally and emotionally with ourselves, each other, those close to us and the world.
Jay, Jason and Mark, experienced Gestalt facilitators, invite those who identify as male to join us as we lead experiential exercises, facilitate dialogue and provide for individual reflection in a safe place to explore living more fully from the heart. There will be opportunity for some volunteer participants to work individually in the group setting with the leaders and with support of the men. Discover being more of who you are meant to be and not the stereotype that society assumes you are or asks you to be.
When: Sunday, August 23rd, 2026 9:00AM – 7:00PM
Where: Camphill Soltane, 224 Nantmeal Rd. Glenmoore, PA 19343
Cost: The fee for this workshop is $200, which includes a healthy lunch and snacks.
CEUs: This program has been approved by the Pennsylvania State Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists and Professional Counselors for 8 contact hours of continuing education toward licensure renewal.
