Sometimes feel disconnected from family, friends and loved ones, cast out, alone?

What you are really feeling is a threat to your emotional safety, cut off from any connections and vulnerable to isolation, illness, divorce and career failure. In this workshop you will learn to assess your abilities and disabilities and deepen your relationship skills and capacity to love.
This workshop also offers significant educational value for professionals who are involved with human development. Come and join us for this important event.

Where: At the Kiwanis’ Club in serene and simply beautiful Cape May, NJ. Directions mailed upon registration.
Fee: Individual workspace participants, $425, have a time to do “open seat” work with Dori or Mark and the group.
Group participants, $325, share in-group exercises and are involved as observers of “open seat work”.
Students/Alums of our Gestalt Program, $200.

Meals and overnight lodging are not included, so that you can enjoy the many fine restaurants, hotels, bed & breakfasts, and motels in Cape May.

At this workshop you will learn to:

  • Understand how early attachments have shaped your relationships for better or worse
  • Deepen your understanding of the dynamics of successful relating
  • Learn keys to creating successful relationships
  • Practice risking positive action with others in a safe environment
  • Learn more about our Workshops on our Workshops page.

In this workshop, we are continuing the “Mariah Method” with the importance of healthy relationships as a foundation for living a healthy life.
“My approach is experiential, and supports my belief that as people are damaged by experience, so are they healed by experience. To this end, all my clients participate physically, emotionally, intellectually and spiritually in their own healing process. The organism of each client holds the secret to what it needs, and what is enough.” – Mariah Fenton Gladis 1948 – 2018

It’s an exciting opportunity for an ongoing professional and personal growth process supervised by two master practitioners, Dori Middleman MD, Mark Putnam, MD and Jay Burkholder, LCSW.

CEUs: This program has been approved by the Pennsylvania State Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists and Professional Counselors for 21 contact hours of continuing education toward licensure renewal.

Please consider paying extra for this workshop if you can afford to. Your generosity will provide scholarships to attend our workshops, so others who are less fortunate can use this experience to maintain productive and harmonious relationships with themselves, their families, their community and the world. We co-create our community, and your support allows this community to exist.
