Gestalt Horse Circle
October 24 @ 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm
With Dori Middleman, MD and Mindy Chernoff
This unique experiential Gestalt event includes both people and horses! In Gestalt therapy, awareness and contact are key concepts to aliveness. In this Horse Circle, you will have the opportunity to expand your awareness of the presence of horses and the ways in which they make contact with us and with each other. Watch and experience their perceptiveness as we spend time together in a scenic field. We will also do some Gestalt awareness exercises in Mindy’s beautiful setting.
No riding is involved. Please wear shoes that can get dirty and appropriate clothing for spending some time outdoors.
