Gestalt Breath, Body, and Movement

March 11 @ 9:30 am 5:30 pm

Nicole Levin, LCSW, CYT

Mark Putnam, M.D.

With Nicole Levin and Mark Putnam, MD

Attendance by registration only.

Your Body Has Wisdom…

In this one-day workshop Nicole and Mark will lead you in experiences designed to deepen your access to the wisdom of you – your body, your emerging feelings and needs, and your need and desire for expression. This work will help you expand loving intimate contact with yourself and others. The day will include the experience of breathwork, movement, creative arts, and sounding, all in the context of our wonderful Gestalt community.

Cost: $175 for the day. Lunch is not provided. Please bring your healthy nourishment for the day. There will be a lunch period, a time to connect with others.

Please Note: Participants will be asked to do a personal Covid test the day of the workshop. You will be asked to confirm a ‘negative’ test result when you arrive. It will be an honor system.

Nicole Levin, LCSW, CYT, is a psychotherapist and yoga teacher with a private practice in Philadelphia. She helps people with a variety of issues such as anxiety and depression, incorporating mind-body
techniques into her work. Nicole also plays the harmonium, leads chanting, and teaches Embodied Prayer, integrating mind, body, and spirit.

Mark Putnam, M. D., is board-certified in child and adolescent, adult, and administrative psychiatry and has been faculty co-leading workshops and training at the Center since 1991. He is Medical Director for the Department of Psychiatry at Penn State Saint Joseph, and Chief Medical Officer for Berkshire Psychiatric and Behavioral Health Services, PLLC. His interests, in addition to teaching and mentoring, include integration of Gestalt as practiced in the Pennsylvania Gestalt Center with music, movement, and expression.

CEUs: The Pennsylvania Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists and Professional Counselors has approved this workshop for 8 contact hours of continuing education toward licensure renewal.
