Hungry for Hot Seat

A Virtual Approach to Healing the Heart, Mind and Soul

In these difficult times when all are wanting/needing connection, we have wanted to offer help and support to our community. While our in-person workshops and face-to-face counseling has been cancelled, we want to continue to be of service to our community.

Our New Virtual Format. Over many years of using virtual conferencing for our Gestalt training with remote and out of state students, we have become aware of the power of our work to create change and healing with this approach. Though most certainly face-to-face contact is the preferred form, we’ve queried those who have done virtual hotseat work with us over time and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
What’s Important? Through a combination of our individual and group Gestalt work, you’ll see how our Gestalt approach can help you explore “What’s Important” in your life. What do you need? What will help you move forward? This is a transformative daylong workshop. The atmosphere will be one of trust and mutual support.
“I ask my clients at the start of every session, what’s important. I ask them to close their eyes and concentrate on their body to feel inside what your body is communicating to you. There is always an answer to what’s important at each moment in time.” —Mariah Fenton Gladis

All of our workshops inspire and unite people with Love and Hope. Each individual brings his or her own important issues and contributes to the growth of the entire group through revealing their work with the support of therapists and the entire group. We encourage you to attend if you have a passionate commitment to your own health, love and hope in your life, and if you are ready to move forward!
